The root cause of my health problems needed to be treated - not just my symptoms. And it was a combination of simple lifestyle changes and holistic treatment that allowed me to regain my health, and quickly. And I could do it right in my own home, with just a little time each day.
A huge part of this was learning how to improve my digestive health with detoxing juices, herbs, smoothies, and proper diet. And it was also important to practice meditation to reduce stress and to practice certain yoga exercises.
I needed simply to make some changes in my lifestyle that included:
